Don’t forget that the August Young Adult Worship Experience will be this Thursday night, the 28th at 7pm!  The Worship Experience will be held in Room 300 of the East Building at Resurrection.

Come check out the music, hear some teaching, and enjoy community with other young adults!  See you Thursday!!!

I just wanted to give you’ll a quick reminder that we’ll be having our first Coffee and Connect this Sunday evening immediately following the 5pm worship service in the Spring Cafe at Resurrection.

This will be an opportunity to find out what is coming up in Young Adult Ministry this fall, and also to learn more about the exciting new Learning Communities, and the new Vibe Worship Venue.

Come by for this brief informational get together on Sunday night.  It will only take about 20 minutes and we’ll provide some coffee and cookies.  See ya then!

This is a big weekend for Young Adult Ministry at Resurrection!  We’ll be serving again Saturday at Hillcrest Transitional Housing in Kansas City, KS.  We will meet in the Narthex of the West Building at Resurrection at 9am and work till around noon.

We will also be having 90’s night on Sunday night at 6:30 in the Student Center in the East Building of Resurrection.  Come check out your favorite 90’s music, food, drinks, TV shows, and all kinds of amazing 90’s action.  We’ll be meeting in the loft of the Student Center so there will also be all kinds of games to play.  The best 90’s outfit will be awarded a gas card.

Feel free to come get involved in service and community this weekend!  See you then!

It’s official.  The 90’s Night is on like donkey kong.  It will be on Aug. 17 at 6:30pm at the Student Center.  You can click here and find all kinds of good music suggestions.  Feel free to keep on making suggestions.

Also, does anyone have any original NES or Sega game systems they would be willing to share that night?  If so, send me an email or facebook message.  I think the more Double Dragon and Sonic the Hedgehog we have, the better.

Keep suggesting music and anything else that you think is fitting for 90’s Night!  See you then!
